Bio
I am a former mechanical engineer, worked in industry for 20 years, now a full time volunteer environmental activist working on mountaintop removal coal mining.
The Mountaintop Removal Road Show:
I have been travelling and speaking on college campuses about the devastation of mountaintop removal coal mining to the environment and Appalachian communities since Sept. 2003.
I have an excellent slide show about the issue and can bring a resident of the Kentucky or West Virginia coalfields with me who has been personally impacted by mountaintop removal mining near their home.
I am a full time volunteer and do not charge for speaking, but donations for travel expenses are always appreciated.
