Tom is a founder and organizer of Tent State University, a national movement for the right to an education. Other campaigns and organizations include the Community Empowerment Project in NJ, the Democratizing Education Network (national), the NJ Anti-War Coalition, New Brunswick United, and New Brunswick Coalition against Police Brutality. Tom is also an active pirate.
