John K. Wilson is the editor of Illinois Academe and a member of the Illinois AAUP council as well as the AAUP Committee on Graduate and Professional Students. He is the founder of www.collegefreedom.org, and is the
author of four books, including "The Myth of Political Correctness: The Conservative Attack on Higher Education" (Duke Univ. Press, 1995) and "Patriotic Correctness: Academic Freedom and Its Enemies" (forthcoming in 2006).
