Come out and learn important political skills to protect your environments and communities! We'll be holding sessions in lobbying, non-violent direct action, Vote Environment, and media.

Wednesday, July 14: Lobbying (room: McDermott conference room)
1:00 p.m. TRAINING - Learn about the roles of lobbyists, how to talk with your representatives, and how to develop an effective lobbying strategy!
2:30 p.m ACTION - We'll head to the Massachusetts State House and make our voices heard, urging our Senators and Representatives to support a pending Environmental Justice bill!

1:00 p.m. TRAINING - Learn ways we can make the environment a high-profile election issue, the very week the Democratic National Convention hits Boston!
2:30 p.m. ACTION - Come with us as we head into the surrounding community and register people to vote!
