We believe that "peace" is more than simply the lack of war. "Peace" includes active efforts to remove the causes of violence, be they political, economic, or social. "Democracy" includes political and economic democracy. We believe that social, political, and economic problems should be solved at their roots and are committed to liberty and human rights for all persons.
