Molde University College, Norway, only accepts applications from non-bilateral Chinese students who use Chinese student intermediaries/agents. Non-bilateral Chinese students who do not use agents and who try to apply directly to Molde University College are rejected/ignored and implicitly/explicitly forced by Molde University College to use the school's appointed illegal agents. Each of these students must pay on average USD 4800 to the illegal agents for the application process that legally costs nothing.
